Looking for a talented Deskside Support Technician
Must have knowledge of the following:
•Supporting Dell and HP laptops, desktops, servers and printers
• Supporting Mac OS X (Leopard and Snow Leopard)
. Windows 2003 Server, Windows XP,
• Experience supporting common corporate apps like MS Office 2003, 2007, IE, Adobe Suite, etc.
• MS office (Outlook support and repair experience a must!)
• Microsoft Active Directory knowledge a must! (Domain user/group creation and maintenance)
• VPN and Remote Desktop
• Security Policy
• Blackberry support (BIS and BES knowledge)
• Network support
• Printer Repairs
• All candidates must have at least (1) year of hardware support experience.
